Career Expert

Deborah A. Bailey is a sought after expert to discuss today's most pressing workplace and entrepreneurial issues. She is author of the book, "Think Like an Entrepreneur: Transforming Your Career and Taking Charge of Your Life" available on Amazon.com and other online booksellers.

After earning her B.A. degree in English from Douglass College, she went into a career in fashion and retail, earning an A.A.S. in Advertising and Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She made career transitions from fashion copywriting to working at companies such as AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Johnson & Johnson.

After several years in the corporate world, Deborah graduated from Coach U and founded her company DBC Communications (formerly Deb Bailey Coaching). Her extensive experience in the employee to entrepreneur transition have made her the partner of choice for many successful entrepreneurs and career professionals.

She's been a guest on TV and various radio stations, including The Entrepreneurial Moment talk radio show on KCTE HOT Talk 1510, WBT, WEPM, WLW 700 Cincinnati, the Stu Taylor Show, 710 KURV, the NJ Perspectives show on ABC6 TV. Fox News Strategy Room and Good Day Street Talk on Fox 5 NY as an expert in career transitions and reinvention. Deborah has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Crain's NY Business, InStore magazine, Moneywatch and Glass Hammer magazine.

In August 2011 Deborah was named one of the "25 Career and Business Women Bloggers Worth Reading" by BlogHer.

Communications Expert

As an instructor for Middlesex County College, Deborah has presented training classes in business writing and communications. She's also presented online workshops showing business owners how to write and publish books to promote their businesses. She draws on her experience as a speaker and presenter to show entrepreneurs how to present themselves during media appearances on TV and radio.

Radio Show Host

Deborah is the host of "Women Entrepreneurs Radio," a weekly internet radio talk show. Deborah provides candid discussions with today's top entrepreneurs, authors and industry experts such as former CNN anchor Daryn Kagan and inventor and QVC personality, Lori Greiner.
